Astoria at Crystal Lake is a $52 million development located on approximately 10 acres in Douglasville. The project will deliver 165 one- and two-bedroom apartments designed for individuals aged 62 and older, with modern, energy-efficient living spaces and resident-focused amenities.

Public-Private Partnership Framework

The Astoria at Crystal Lake development is the result of a collaborative public-private initiative involving local and regional stakeholders. Key partners include the developer The Benoit Group, the Housing Authority of Douglas County, Golden Memorial Church, and lending and funding institutions.
